Meet With a Lender & Get Pre-Approved Financing
Meeting with a lender will help you better understand budgeting, financing options, and loan requirements. Securing loan pre-approval is a vital step and should be completed early on. Start Your Home Search The Fun Part

Make an Offer Here We Go!
You've found "The One...your dream home!" It's time to make an offer! Your KimTimTeam Realtor will review all comparable sales data, discuss negotiation strategies, and craft an attractive offer to present to the Sellers on your behalf.
Negotiate & Finalize the Contract Getting It Done

Schedule & Complete Home Inspections Due Diligence
You are now under contract! It's time to schedule your home inspections. You'll have a contractual time frame for all assessments to be completed and repair requests submitted — time is of the essence.
